Family & Friends CPR
The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA's research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a CPR course completion card to meet a job requirement. This course is ideal for community groups, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and others interested in learning how to save a life.

Heartsaver CPR w/ AED
The Heartsaver® CPR w/ AED course is designed to prepare students with necessary skills to providing High Quality CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Heartsaver courses are intended for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), personal or other requirements.
This training is classroom-based and entirely Instructor-led. Students complete the entire course in one video-based classroom session with an Instructor, who covers the required course content and skills. This method is ideal for students with limited access to technology and who prefer a more hands on approach to learning. This allows students to practice skills and ask questions throughout the course.
Cost: $35 per student
Heartsaver CPR & First Aid w/ AED

BLS
The foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest is providing Basic Life Support (BLS). This course teaches both single-rescuer and multi-rescuer team based life support skills for both in-facility and prehospital settings. This course is designed for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform High Quality CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills.
This new BLS course includes in-facility and prehospital tracks and present scenarios reflecting the different work environments. To reflect the real-life rescues that participants are most likely to experience, Instructors simply choose one track or move from track to track, depending on the needs of the students in the class.
