About H.O.T. First Aid & CPR

Founded in 2017 by a local Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician, Heart Of Texas First Aid & CPR was created to fill a growing need for life saving training in the northwest region of Travis County and surrounding area. Our instructors are trusted leaders in CPR for individuals and group onsite CPR training. Our classes provide common sense, to-the-point knowledge and skills to prepare our students for real-life emergencies!

What separates us from our competitors is that our entire team of instructors is made up of local first responders and professionals including Firefighters, Paramedics, Emergency Personnel, and EMT's.

We provide onsite CPR training to individuals, groups and businesses throughout Northwest Travis County and surrounding areas. Our skilled instructors will bring the classroom to your home, office or business. Our CPR classes are tailored to your needs in order to focus on the important information versus simply reading through the book.

As local first responders in Central Texas, our CPR class instructors have the unique opportunity to deliver CPR and first aid to cardiac arrest victims on a regular basis. Unfortunately, our CPR class instructors also have seen the consequences of when CPR is not quality CPR or not performed at all. Sadly, only about 30% of cardiac arrest victims receive CPR when they need it. Most bystanders rely simply on local 911 dispatchers and first responders. Our CPR, AED, and BLS Classes Enable You to Make a Difference.

It is our mission to provide CPR training to everyone, giving them usable skills they can apply when someone is faced with cardiac arrest.

Heart Of Texas First Aid & CPR is pleased to announce that the American Heart Association (AHA) has released their new CPR and BLS guidelines. These guidelines are regularly re-evaluated against the latest medical evidence to update them for the highest possible CPR success rate. We strives to stay on top of these guideline changes to ensure that our students are fully equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques to better deliver CPR and help those in need within their communities or where the are.

The new CPR guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association can increase the chances of success when using CPR to help sustain life while waiting for emergency and 911 services.

Heart Of Texas First Aid & CPR is proud to be partnered with the American Heart Association so we are always on top of the latest changes and maintain our focus on offering the best CPR training classes in Northwest Travis County and surrounding areas.
